Markus Ruhl
He had an injury from playing soccer that prevented him from playing the sport. This led him to start working out. He was 18-years old at that time. He worked hard to build his body and entered his first ever body building competition after five years. The German born professional bodybuilder known for his nickname “The German Nightmare” competed for Mr. Olympia with 5th place as his best ranking and won first place at the Toronto Pro in 2000.
