Unrecorded and unverified sightings
Though the longest anacondas on record are around 30 to 50 feet, there were those who have claimed seeing one reaching up to 100 feet. Explorers on the jungles of South America have seen really huge anacondas but were never able to put them on record. The anacondas are also seen coiled. Therefore, they can’t be measured accurately. Besides, when you find an anaconda in the jungle, would you dare go near it just to measure it? Sightings are also not to be trusted since humans only estimate. Not everyone has the same way of putting a numerical equivalent to estimates.
