6. Those delicious protein shakes
This is another thing that’s part of the modern fitness industry. Those tubs of powder don’t look too appetizing but when they get turned into shakes they sure are tasty. It’s another pillar in the fitness salesperson’s book along with gym memberships and other supplements. Protein shakes are supposed help add fuel to your muscle growth but putting a little into your cereal in the morning doesn’t sound too bad. Seriously though, you think you need to get some before bed to make sure that session didn’t go to waste.
