Numbness means that you don’t feel anything and sensation means feeling, making numb sensation an oxymoron. It’s funny that you’ll describe how you feel with these words when it would literally mean you have this feeling of not feeling anything! However, this could just also point out to that tingling sensation that you feel when you are about to get numb, instead of the numbness itself.
